HR Generalist – Remote (Russian & English)

About the role

This full‑time remote position supports an international cleaning company by handling recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement. Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and publish vacancy announcements and detailed job descriptions.
• Source candidates on job platforms and social networks, conduct outbound and inbound calls.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and manage selection stages.
• Maintain a talent pool and produce regular recruitment reports.
• Set tasks for recruiters, monitor their performance, and support onboarding of new office staff.
• Organise employee assessments, certifications, training sessions, and internal events.
• Promote and embed corporate culture across the organization.

Required profile

• Russian C1 and English B2 level or higher.
• Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment and staff training.
• Higher education degree.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, including mass recruitment.
• Proficient PC user with strong communication, proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
