IT Network Security Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Network Security Analyst to join our Infrastructure Services team in Gornji Milanovac. The role ensures secure, reliable, and optimized network operations within our Operations Technology (OT) environment. This is a permanent, onsite position.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for OT network operations.
• Act as Tier 2/3 escalation point for network‑related incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking and security issues.
• Recommend designs, technologies, and configurations to improve security, performance, automation and cost efficiency.
• Support project delivery and implementation activities.
• Participate in problem management and service‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain proper documentation and share knowledge across teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in network design, implementation and maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Solid documentation and technical writing ability.
• Customer‑ and service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones.
• Self‑driven, proactive and eager to learn.
• Collaborative team player.
