AI Image Specialist – Remote

About the role

Puffy, a top‑5 US mattress brand with over $1 billion in sales, is looking for an AI Image Specialist to own AI‑generated hero, lifestyle and advertising imagery for its ecommerce and marketing channels. You will build reliable prompting approaches, reference workflows and production standards that deliver brand‑consistent, photorealistic images at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own AI image generation for Puffy.com, covering hero, lifestyle and advertising assets.
• Develop and document prompting approaches, reference‑image libraries and quality standards.
• Create and test AI advertising creative with the Growth team, then composite and retouch to final production‑ready assets.
• Apply UI/UX design principles to ecommerce page layouts and image placement.
• Evaluate emerging image‑generation tools and integrate those that improve workflow or quality.

Required profile

• Exceptional portfolio showing commercial AI‑generated photorealistic product and lifestyle imagery, plus UI/UX design examples.
• Advanced hands‑on proficiency with ChatGPT Images, Nano Banana Pro and other generative‑image platforms.
• Strong prompt‑engineering and visual‑prompting skills, including multimodal inputs.
• Advanced Photoshop, compositing and retouching capability to deliver production‑ready creative.
• Hands‑on UI/UX design experience with live interfaces and design systems.
