Data Delivery Head – Serbia

About the role

We are seeking a Data Delivery Head for Serbia to lead our data practice, driving the modernization of data estates, activation of analytics, and embedding of AI across client engagements. You will act as the bridge between sales, delivery, solution architects, and client stakeholders to ensure data‑led commitments translate into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide local leadership for the data practice, designing the organization, scaling the team, and managing full P&L for the Serbia data unit.
• Drive talent management, hiring, performance management, retention, succession planning, and skill development for data engineers, analysts, and architects.
• Own end‑to‑end data engagements from opportunity qualification through delivery, stabilization, and account expansion.
• Serve as a strategic data advisor to executive sponsors, business owners, IT leaders, and Chief Data/Analytics Officers.
• Lead client communication and governance, set meeting cadence, run steering committees, negotiate scope, and resolve escalations.
• Deliver business value in initiatives such as data platform and lakehouse build‑outs, enterprise data warehouse modernization, cross‑platform migrations, advanced analytics, ML/AI activation, and data governance transformations.
• Partner with sales and solution architects during presales to shape delivery models and define scalable data capabilities.
• Coordinate multiple delivery streams across data engineers, data scientists, analytics specialists, data architects, product owners, and delivery managers.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in data delivery with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong track record in talent acquisition, performance management, and team scaling.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives and drive strategic data initiatives.
• Excellent client‑facing skills, capable of managing governance, expectations, and escalations.
• Experience coordinating complex, multi‑disciplinary data projects across diverse geographies.
