About the role

Join our Kickstart program as a Frontline Support Specialist Intern, providing essential administrative assistance to our Business Sales teams. You will work closely with account managers and client managers to help drive sales performance while gaining hands‑on experience in sales coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver efficient administrative support.
• Proactively connect with colleagues to ensure consistent service coverage and reduce administrative burden.
• Assist Account Managers in meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Partner with client managers to fulfill all administrative support needs for SMEs.
• Maintain high accuracy and timely handling of sales‑related tasks.

Required profile

• University degree or final‑year student.
• Interest in sales coordination, administration, and customer service.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience handling customer inquiries; ability to manage difficult customers is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
