Human Resources Manager

About the role

Ikotek, a global provider of original design manufacturing for IoT, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions worldwide, except China and Malaysia. The role partners with regional management and shareholders, shaping HR strategy to support the company’s fast‑growing technology and manufacturing business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all HR functions globally, excluding China and Malaysia.
• Act as HR business partner for regional leaders and shareholders, addressing all HR‑related topics.
• Develop and implement HR strategy and targets aligned with business requirements.
• Define, adapt, and roll out company policies, regulations and processes worldwide (excluding China and Malaysia).
• Collaborate with department leaders to provide HR support and guidance.
• Participate in regular reporting and international HR projects with the HQ HR team.
• Allocate and manage resources needed to achieve HR objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Resilient, goal‑oriented, flexible and capable of completing operational tasks.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Chinese is a plus.
