IT Network Engineer (L2)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Network Engineer (Level 2) to join a leading B2B solution provider supporting its gaming studios in Belgrade. The role focuses on configuring, monitoring and maintaining Cisco networking equipment while ensuring high‑performance, secure connectivity across the environment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, monitor and maintain Cisco switches, routers and firewalls.
• Deploy and optimise wireless networks, providing rapid troubleshooting.
• Proactively monitor network performance, reliability and security.
• Diagnose and resolve network incidents, escalating when necessary and documenting actions.
• Support Linux and Windows systems for network services such as DNS, DHCP and VPN.
• Maintain up‑to‑date network documentation.
• Assist senior engineers in implementing security measures (ACLs, firewalls, VPNs).
• Collaborate with IT and Systems teams to deliver stable infrastructure solutions.

Required profile

• Native or fluent English (C1 level).
• 2–4 years of experience in network engineering or IT support.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco routing and switching equipment.
• Basic knowledge of firewall and Wi‑Fi management.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.
• Ability to work shift rotations, including nights.
