About the role

We are looking for a motivated Consultant to manage our exhibition hall and provide excellent customer care. This position covers a maternity‑leave replacement and involves direct interaction with visitors, partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, inform and advise customers and partners in the exhibition space.
• Record visits and manage potential clients using CRM/My Windows platforms.
• Assign leads to the sales team and maintain communication with manufacturers.
• Organise and maintain the exhibition area, inventory and related documentation.
• Support the planning of seminars, events and meetings, including guest reception.
• Monitor customer requests, resolve complaints and provide platform support.
• Provide administrative assistance for office tasks and coordinate room bookings.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the space and arrange refreshments for guests and meeting participants.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education (IV level).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• English language at minimum B1 level.
• Responsible attitude and strong team orientation.
