Product Manager B2C Segment – Maternity Leave Cover

About the role

Yettel is looking for a Product Manager to cover a maternity leave in its Consumer (B2C) Marketing team. You will own the creation, launch and profitability of prepaid and postpaid mobile products, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute commercial mobile products and services with full go‑to‑market and P&L responsibility.
• Manage the complete marketing mix and monitor campaign performance.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and KPI tracking for traffic, revenue and costs.
• Contribute to long‑term strategy planning and portfolio development.
• Report on segment performance through standardized and ad‑hoc analysis.
• Coordinate with all internal departments to ensure clear communication and stakeholder alignment.

Required profile

• University degree in marketing, telecommunications, economics or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in telecom, IT, FinTech, insurance or banking.
• Project‑management background with product development, positioning and full‑cycle marketing experience.
• Strong analytical skills, including cost‑benefit analysis and large‑dataset interpretation.
• Proficiency in English and Serbian (written and verbal).

• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
