Project Administrator

About the role

KONE is expanding its team in Serbia and seeks a motivated Project Administrator to support the Installation team and cross‑functional stakeholders. Based in Belgrade, you will ensure smooth documentation flow, coordinate with subcontractors and notified bodies, and assist the project manager in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and print installation documents and instructions for installers and subcontractors.
• Manage completion certificates, handover documentation, and customer invoicing.
• Coordinate ordering, communication with notified bodies, and inspection scheduling.
• Support installation supervisors and the project manager with daily tasks, including defect list management.
• Handle bank statement verification for advance payments and customer account complaints.
• Prepare subcontractor contracts (PR‑PO) and post‑installation reports per network.
• Audit safety documents and coordinate quality feedback for installation managers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or a related industry.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and independent work capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage large, complex data sets.
