Remote Call Center Representative (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to work remotely full‑time for Calls Experts. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls for our insurance clients in the US and Canada, providing lead qualification, live transfers, and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and resolve client inquiries.
• Perform live transfers to appropriate departments after qualifying prospects.
• Prepare and update customer spreadsheets and maintain accurate online records.
• Schedule meetings and handle basic administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all client interactions.

Required profile

• Reliable laptop or desktop with at least an AMD Ryzen or Intel i5 8th‑gen CPU (score ≥ 5000) and 8 GB RAM, running Windows 11 or a recent macOS version.
• Fiber‑optic internet connection capable of supporting continuous 8‑9 hour shifts.
• Availability to work 5 days a week within EST hours (shifts between 9 AM – 9 PM EST).
• Excellent command of English and ability to handle objections professionally.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and thrive in a fast‑paced virtual environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows 11 or macOS operating systems.
• Experience using standard communication and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work with fiber‑optic internet connectivity.
