Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to join the team of our client Vefev, a producer of electro‑mechanical rolling stock equipment. The successful candidate will drive new business, nurture existing client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact new prospects while maintaining strong relationships with current customers.
• Achieve defined sales targets through direct selling and effective negotiations.
• Negotiate prices, quantities, product quality, delivery schedules, payment terms, warranties and additional services.
• Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone and meetings, providing updates on new products, promotions and services.
• Resolve customer complaints, inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Build long‑term relationships based on trust, loyalty and a personalized approach.
• Handle administrative tasks such as order processing, documentation maintenance and report preparation.
• Monitor market trends and competition, analyse statistical data and study product literature.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and client relations, preferably in the goods or services sector.
• Strong knowledge of negotiation processes and contract finalisation.
• Good understanding of market dynamics and ability to spot growth opportunities.
• Experience in managing administrative processes and preparing reports is a plus.
