SAP R2R Architect

About the role

We are looking for an SAP R2R Architect to lead the transformation of Record‑to‑Report processes using SAP solutions. You will shape architecture governance, create customer roadmaps, and deliver methodologies that boost organizational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Run SAP pre‑sale and implementation governance, including fit‑gap analysis, requirement adjustments and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate existing customer solutions to identify SAP implementation opportunities.
• Develop functional R2R requirements and create blueprints that align IT and business enablers.
• Collaborate on account planning to define customer visions and drive architecture governance across the R2R domain.
• Lead or support target architecture and roadmap development, ensuring continuous alignment with SAP solutions.
• Introduce innovations to meet specific customer needs and optimise processes.
• Build strong customer relationships and assist sales in solution discovery.
• Assess R2R trends and SAP portfolio to formulate effective roadmaps and effort estimates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Software Architect.
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities and close solution gaps in the R2R domain.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling functionality.
• Understanding of budgeting, S&OP, cost allocation and fast‑closing approaches.
• Advanced English communication skills (B2+/C1).
