Talent Screener – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Talent Screener to join our remote recruitment team. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring they meet the defined knockout criteria before moving them forward in the interview process.

Key responsibilities

• Review every candidate handed off by Talent Sourcers and advance qualified applicants to screening interviews without additional approvals.
• Assess applicants from non‑sourced channels within three days, recording outcomes in the ATS.
• Conduct live video screening interviews using approved guides and scorecards, evaluating qualifications, work authorization, location feasibility, and compensation expectations.
• Escalate ambiguous or borderline profiles to the assigned Recruiter.
• Report recurring quality issues in sourced handoffs to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Maintain accurate ATS data hygiene, including stage accuracy, deduplication, and required field completion.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured interview guides.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, able to adapt tone and vocabulary to diverse candidate backgrounds.
• Ability to make quick, data‑driven decisions while adhering to compliance guidelines.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and remote video interview tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms for live interviews.
