Talent Sourcing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

The Talent Sourcing Specialist works under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruiters to build qualified candidate pipelines for a variety of requisitions. This fully remote position operates on a 9 AM–5 PM PST schedule, Monday‑Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies and channel plans for each assigned requisition.
• Craft Boolean search strings and generate candidate lists using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Identify passive candidates, conduct personalized outreach, and perform initial qualification.
• Deliver screened shortlists to Recruiters and maintain accurate pipeline data and sourcing records.
• Track reply rates, pass‑through, and pipeline coverage to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.

Required profile

• 2+ years of dedicated sourcing experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one additional sourcing or talent intelligence platform.
• Experience sourcing for e‑commerce, marketplace, supply‑chain or high‑growth technology organizations is preferred.
• Strong written English and ability to handle confidential candidate information securely.
