About the role

We are looking for a Technical Architect / Technical Team Lead to design and deliver SharePoint solutions as part of the W360 Content & Portals roadmap and business requests.

Key responsibilities

Architect and design scalable, secure SharePoint solutions, including SharePoint Online and SPFx.
Lead and mentor a development team, manage performance, and ensure delivery of high‑quality code.
Participate in coding complex features, conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and create technical documentation.

Required profile

Proven experience as a SharePoint Technical Architect or Development Team Lead.
Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Required skills

SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
Azure services (Front Door, Functions, App/Web Services, SQL Database)
Power Platform and Power BI
SonarQube, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines
