Voice Support Specialist – Night Shift (Serbia)

About the role

Yango Group is seeking a motivated Voice Support Specialist to join its night‑shift team in Serbia. You will handle inbound customer inquiries across phone, email and chat, while also making proactive outbound calls to resolve issues and improve service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat during night‑shift hours.
• Make proactive outbound calls to customers and partners.
• Assist customers with technical issues related to Yango products and services.
• Update customer records and maintain accurate logs of all support interactions.
• Collaborate with teammates to refine support processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Own laptop or PC with a stable internet connection and backup power supply.
• Fluency in Serbian and English.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer support is a plus.
