About the role

Our client, a leading corporate and commercial law firm, is expanding its Belgrade team. The firm seeks a motivated attorney to provide comprehensive legal support to domestic and international companies throughout all phases of their business.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and monitor contracts and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice, prepare opinions, and interpret regulations for clients.
• Participate in meetings and negotiations with clients and business partners.
• Manage and follow up court, arbitration, and administrative proceedings, including preparation and filing of documentation.
• Represent clients before courts and other competent authorities.
• Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on client operations.
• Prepare labor law documents and other corporate paperwork.
• Communicate updates on relevant legal developments to clients.
• Handle registrations and other legal procedures with authorities.
• Support all legal matters related to client business activities.

Required profile

• Law degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum two years of experience in a law firm after passing the bar exam.
• Demonstrated expertise in corporate law and corporate governance.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, organizational, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, innovative mindset with the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
