About the role
Hotel Fontana in Vrnjačka Banja is expanding its sales and marketing department and is looking for a motivated sales agent. The role goes beyond sending offers – you will actively sell accommodation and conference facilities while building lasting client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Sell hotel rooms and conference capacities to new and existing clients.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing partnerships.
- Conduct negotiations, market analysis, and create tailored offers and packages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote hotel services.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience in a similar sales role.
- Strong communication, proactive, organized, and result‑oriented attitude.
- Good command of English.
- Solid computer skills and a valid B‑category driver’s licence.
