Associate, Client Relationship Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, execution‑focused individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in getting things done quickly and accurately. In this role you will support the Client Development and Client Relationship team in delivering a high‑quality experience to Ivy Exec’s clients, managing bid requests, coordinating inputs, preparing proposals, and supporting client requests.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Client Development & Client Relationship team with preparing and sending accurate, polished, and timely client bids and proposals.
• Manage incoming bid requests with urgency, ensuring proposals are delivered within required timelines.
• Assist with responding to client requests, gathering information, and handling follow‑ups promptly.
• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Partnerships, and other internal teams to gather project requirements, pricing, and timelines.
• Ensure bids, proposals, pricing, and client information are complete and accurate.
• Track outstanding requests, follow up on open items, and flag delays or missing information.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client and opportunity data in Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Partner with Delivery, Sales, and Operations teams to support project execution.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in client services, sales support, operations, account management, market research, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Strong execution and time‑management skills, able to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, responsive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Excellent spoken and written English and professional communication skills.
• Confident client‑facing approach with willingness to develop relationship‑management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.
