Associate Manager CRM & Loyalty

About the role

As a Lead CRM Consultant you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients co‑build impact and value within their digital transformation. You will also support junior colleagues in their client work and career development.

Key responsibilities

• Drive CRM strategy, advise on best practices and oversee implementation of tailored CRM solutions.
• Lead CRM implementation projects, manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate CRM teams and other stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.
• Develop detailed reports and insights from CRM data to inform business decisions.
• Continuously evaluate and optimise CRM systems to meet evolving business needs.

Required profile

• Manage a team of consultants working on digital projects in the CRM domain.
• Develop digital transformation strategies and contribute to winning new clients.
• Act as an advisor or mentor for junior colleagues on project work and career development.
• Document and manage functional and non‑functional requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Collaborate closely with development, UX/design and content teams.
