B2B Sales Executive – Fintech Payments

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Executive to join a fast‑growing fintech company that enables global merchants to accept local payment methods across Latin America. You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing new merchant partnerships to expand our payment solution portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new merchants for the company’s payment solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with merchants and business partners.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the merchant portfolio.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Management teams to deliver optimal payment solutions.
• Help shape and improve the sales function as the first Sales Manager.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to uncover new opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall company growth.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Payments, PSP, or Payment Gateway.
• Proven track record managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Hunter mindset with a proactive, hands‑on approach to new business generation.
• Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and drive opportunities to closure.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
• Fluent English.
