B2B Sales Specialist – FinTech

About the role

Instant Factoring is looking for a motivated B2B Sales Specialist to join its growing team in Belgrade. You will promote our digital factoring platform to small and medium‑sized enterprises, helping them obtain fast liquidity and improve cash‑flow management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and engage potential SME clients in Serbia.
• Present and demonstrate Instant Factoring’s digital solutions, preparing tailored offers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding, ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with customer service and operations to address client needs and gather market feedback.
• Contribute to sales reporting, performance analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, financial services or related sectors.
• Understanding of SME cash‑flow challenges and financing needs.
• Ability to work on‑site in Belgrade, manage multiple priorities and meet sales targets.
• Fluent in Serbian with working knowledge of English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Good computer literacy.
