Brand & Growth Assistant

About the role

Kristin Chasky Coaching is expanding its webinars, email marketing, PR, podcast outreach, paid ads and social channels. The Brand & Growth Assistant will turn the growth strategy into actionable systems, supporting operations and marketing while working remotely on a part‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Run weekly webinar logistics – scheduling, reminders, post‑event follow‑up and reporting.
• Manage lead pipelines, onboarding, payments and client communications for group programs.
• Set up, connect and maintain core tools such as CRM, scheduling software, project‑management platforms and email automation.
• Build and monitor email sequences, Meta ad campaigns and social media performance.
• Research PR, media and podcast opportunities and assist with personalized outreach.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting a business virtually in an assistant, operations or coordination capacity.
• Hands‑on experience configuring CRM, lead‑management, scheduling, webinar funnels and email automation tools.
• Comfortable learning new platforms, building workflows and using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT).
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Genuine interest in personal development, psychology and emotional growth.

What we offer
