Social Media Coordinator / Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a creative, organised and proactive Social Media Coordinator/Assistant to join our growing marketing team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience across multiple brands, allowing you to manage day‑to‑day social presence, create and publish content, and support wider campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule and publish social media content on platforms such as X, Instagram, Facebook and Telegram.
• Maintain weekly and monthly content calendars and brief designers for assets.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions and relevant conversations, engaging with audiences using the appropriate brand voice.
• Support promotions, competitions, product launches and broader marketing campaigns.
• Identify trends, conversations and timely content opportunities.
• Research relevant accounts, communities and potential partnership opportunities.
• Review performance data and help prepare social media reports.
• Keep content trackers and campaign documents up to date while managing multiple brand identities.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in social media and digital marketing.
• Understanding that content and audience behaviour differ between platforms.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Proactive, dependable, eager to learn and able to follow briefs while contributing ideas.
• Up‑to‑date with social trends, platform developments and online culture.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Previous professional experience is helpful but not essential; personal accounts, university projects or freelance work are welcome.
