Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will join Keprom Grupa in Belgrade (Šimanovci) on a full‑time, hybrid basis (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). You will be responsible for shaping and executing brand strategies across baby, children’s, medical equipment and cosmetics product lines, ensuring consistent positioning in all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing campaigns for multiple product categories.
• Manage brand budgets, monitor performance metrics and analyse market and consumer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with sales, distribution and retail teams, as well as external agencies and partners.
• Oversee packaging design, promotional materials and in‑store branding.
• Support new product launches and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Ensure all brand activities align with Keprom’s overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management, brand strategy, campaign planning and product positioning.
• Strong market analysis and research capabilities, interpreting consumer insights and competitive trends.
• Project and budget management skills, able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, pharmaceutical, baby and children’s products or related consumer goods is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; advanced studies in brand management are a plus.
• Fluent in Serbian and good command of English.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
