Senior Project Manager – Marketing Technical & Creative Workflows

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Project Manager to lead the technical and creative workflows of our marketing department. You will act as the central hub, coordinating SEO specialists, technical writers, designers, developers, the CRM team and external agents to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end project workflows across marketing, from planning and resource allocation to final QA sign‑off.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication between SEO, content, design, development and CRM teams.
• Develop and track timelines, milestones and deliverables, adjusting schedules as needed.
• Allocate resources and manage team capacity across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate CRM data workflows and system updates, ensuring integration with Zoho CRM.
• Work with the QA Specialist to define testing protocols and guarantee quality before launch.
• Review design files in Figma, manage feedback loops, and ensure smooth hand‑off to developers.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports and stakeholder updates.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project‑management experience in a marketing, technology or agency environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage projects with both creative and technical components.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills, with fluency in English.

Required skills

• Project‑management tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Smartsheet, Wrike.
• CRM platform: Zoho CRM.
• Design collaboration: Figma.
• Productivity suite: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar).
