Call Center Agent

About the role

Join BVP Serbia’s fast‑growing technology team as a Call Center Agent, providing remote facility supervision and customer support for large‑scale operations. You will work on‑site in New Belgrade, handling real‑time communications and ensuring smooth facility management across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and related parties via phone and email.
• Control cameras, microphones, speakers, doors, printers and other devices installed across North America.
• Perform administrative tasks as per customer request and manage staff actions.
• Collect big data, compile operational reports and ensure smooth day‑to‑day facility operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma (university degree is a plus).
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work morning, day and night shifts on‑site in New Belgrade.
