Change Manager

About the role

Deloitte’s Regional Information Technology team is expanding its Organizational Change Management (OCM) function across Central Europe. The Change Manager will focus on the people side of technology initiatives, helping users adopt new tools and ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, analysts and business leaders to develop and deliver change plans for internal technology projects.
• Assess change impacts on people, establish sponsorship, engage future users and identify required support.
• Build and maintain networks of change agents, leadership sponsors and technology enthusiasts.
• Facilitate champion sessions, training workshops, sponsor meetings and leadership presentations.
• Define and monitor readiness and adoption metrics, using feedback to refine the approach.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in organizational change management, technology adoption or transformation.
• Creative mindset for engaging people and building trust.
• Strong empathy for users’ perspectives during change.
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and convey a shared vision.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot for analysis and content creation.
