About the role
Hotel Fontana is expanding its kitchen team in Vrnjačka Banja and is looking for a motivated Chef de Partie. You will work in an organized kitchen that follows clear standards and offers opportunities for professional growth.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to hotel standards.
- Maintain hygiene and safety practices in line with HACCP procedures.
- Collaborate with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service during all shifts, including weekends.
- Assist in training junior staff and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, or similar position.
- Familiarity with basic HACCP principles.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends.
- Motivated, team‑oriented attitude with a desire to develop culinary skills.
