Waiter

About the role

Petra Hotel Belgrade is seeking a professional Waiter to deliver warm, attentive and personalized service to guests. As part of the pre‑opening team, you will help shape the restaurant’s atmosphere and service standards from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests in line with hotel standards.
• Prepare and organise the restaurant before, during and after service.
• Provide recommendations on food, beverages and daily offerings.
• Anticipate guest needs to create a memorable experience.
• Serve food and beverages with high attention to detail and presentation.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar and service team.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and high standards throughout the work environment.
• Support daily operations of the restaurant, bar and hotel events.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter in a hotel, restaurant or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of high‑quality service and guest interaction.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
• Friendly, responsible attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
• Willingness to learn and consistently follow service standards.
• Good command of English.
