About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing function and drive brand growth in line with our business objectives. This senior leadership position will shape strategy, strengthen market positioning, and elevate the overall marketing capability across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow brands, improving market positioning and portfolio performance.
• Provide overall direction for the marketing function, setting common priorities and objectives.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate marketing teams, establishing clear performance standards.
• Oversee product lifecycle management, from development to new‑product launches.
• Manage the marketing budget, prioritize investments, and ensure financial discipline.
• Continuously improve marketing processes, standards, and governance.
• Lead strategic projects that enhance business growth and competitive advantage.
• Direct corporate marketing and communications to reflect the company’s identity and reputation.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading complex marketing organizations.
• Strong background in brand development, portfolio management, and product lifecycle.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and aligning priorities with business objectives.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with solid decision‑making skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
