Chief Operating Officer (COO) – iGaming Brand

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Chief Operating Officer to lead the operational engine of a fast‑growing iGaming brand that dominates the Latin American market. You will work remotely, partnering with cross‑functional leaders to drive revenue, optimise processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Align and coordinate Retention, Support, VIP, Product, Marketing, Affiliates, and Legal/Finance teams to meet GGR, NGR and ROI targets.
• Audit and streamline existing processes, eliminate bottlenecks and implement OKR, KPI and governance frameworks.
• Mentor department heads, foster transparent collaboration and scale teams of 50+ employees.
• Oversee OpEx, monitor product and business performance metrics and drive data‑informed decisions.
• Partner with Legal and Finance on licensing, payment solutions, and regulatory compliance across regulated jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of senior operations experience (COO, Operations Director, Deputy COO or Head of Operations) in a successful gambling or betting business.
• Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, player lifecycle, traffic acquisition, payment solutions and game provider operations.
• Proven track record of building and scaling teams of 50+ employees.
• Upper‑Intermediate English (B2/C1) with strong communication skills for international stakeholders.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with modern operational tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp and BI platforms.
