Client Development Associate

About the role

The Client Development Associate will manage client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and oversee programmatic campaigns on our proprietary DSP. You will act as a bridge between advertisers and internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular client check‑ins, including in‑person meetings, to maintain high service standards.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and execute account plans that drive revenue.
• Lead end‑to‑end lifecycle of campaigns on our DSP, handling setup, pacing and coordination.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to troubleshoot integrations, tag issues and brand‑safety parameters.
• Maintain financial tracking, budget allocation and internal dashboard reporting for smooth campaign delivery.
• Ensure accurate advertiser and campaign setup, creative asset coordination and platform configuration.
• Produce post‑campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on media campaign management experience, preferably in an agency or tech platform environment.
• Comfortable configuring media‑buying platforms and working with DSPs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills, able to simplify technical concepts and negotiate effectively.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Strategic thinking to plan and execute account plans that drive growth.
