Client Relationship Manager

About the role

Ivy Exec is an elite online platform that connects business professionals with hard‑to‑reach B2B decision makers. We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to support our Market Insights division, building and nurturing relationships with market research firms, corporations and professional services companies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive communication, ensuring timely delivery and high service quality.
• Coordinate bids, proposals, launch calls and project debriefs, acting as the day‑to‑day point of contact.
• Prepare statements of work, project documentation, data for Quarterly Business Reviews and monthly utilization reports.
• Enter and maintain accurate project data in the CRM system and develop client‑level SOPs.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Sales teams to guarantee smooth execution and provide backup coverage for assigned accounts.
• Identify, escalate and help resolve risks or issues that could affect delivery or client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, client services, sales or related functions.
• Strong interest in market research and B2B business development.
• Bachelor’s degree and excellent spoken and written English.
• Polished client‑facing communication style with proven relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, execution‑driven mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
