Client Success Associate

About the role

Join BVP Serbia, a fast‑growing technology company providing remote facility supervision and mission‑critical security services. As a Client Success Associate you will build lasting relationships with customers and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with customers.
• Audit and evaluate communication quality, log and address errors, and handle escalations.
• Respond promptly to all customer inquiries.
• Distribute news, authorization lists and protocols through appropriate channels.
• Execute tasks according to checklists and KPIs, seeking continuous service improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer service activities and discussions.
• Attend internal and external meetings to plan, organize and execute tasks to customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Integrity, commitment, adaptability and respect.
