Cloud Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Cloud Business Development Manager to drive growth and build lasting client relationships for our cloud and managed‑service portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying new opportunities and ensuring customer success through tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, managing governance, escalations and customer satisfaction.
• Lead vendor and technology‑partner selection, contracting and performance management to ensure cost efficiency and SLA compliance.
• Own end‑to‑end service delivery, overseeing resource planning, execution, quality, profitability and continuous improvement.
• Manage and develop delivery and technical teams, ensuring effective resource utilization and business continuity.
• Contribute to technology strategy and roadmap while monitoring budgets, financial performance and margins.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT channel sales and selling cloud or managed services (Azure and/or AWS).
• Strong understanding of managed‑service models, SLAs and service‑delivery processes.
• Demonstrated ability to win new business, grow accounts and drive revenue.
• Excellent client, stakeholder and partner management skills.
• Experience working with system integrators, MSPs, vendors and technology partners.
