CRM Manager (Middle+)

About the role

We are looking for a Middle-level CRM Manager or above with experience in iGaming to take ownership of CRM campaigns, player segmentation, and communications across the entire player lifecycle — from onboarding to retention and reactivation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and optimize automated and triggered CRM journeys such as Welcome, Retention, Reactivation, and Churn Prevention.
• Segment the player base and tailor communications based on behavior, activity, and deposit history.
• Launch communications via Email, SMS, Push, and In‑App channels.
• Create bonus offers and promotional mechanics to drive engagement.
• Conduct A/B tests, analyse campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Track and report on key CRM metrics including Conversion to Deposit, Retention, LTV, Bonus Cost and ROI.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of CRM/Retention experience within the iGaming sector.
• Ability to independently design, launch, manage and analyse CRM campaigns.
• Strong understanding of iGaming metrics such as LTV, NGR, Retention Rate, Bonus Cost and ROI.
• Experience working with player segmentation and the full player lifecycle.
