Customer Logistic Claim Analyst Internship

About the role

Join Bosch's Mobility Aftermarket division in Belgrade as a Customer Logistic Claim Analyst intern. You will support cross‑functional process improvements and help ensure timely handling of post‑sales claims, credits, debits and returns for key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in idea generation, action tracking, data consolidation and management reporting to improve customer delivery performance.
• Support the customer supply‑chain service analyst with standard requests and develop executive‑level reports on performance, dispute trends and complaints.
• Process post‑sales activities such as credits, debits, returns and complaints, coordinating with sales, supply‑chain departments, the Bosch warehouse and external service providers.
• Reduce penalties by executing disputes promptly and proposing improvements to the dispute and supply‑chain processes.
• Capture, document and report on standard claims and deductions, tracking resolution rates and financial outcomes.
• Create and maintain standardized reports, develop reporting processes and train end users.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics (e.g., Transportation, Organizational Science, Economics).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in an international, cross‑functional team.
