Customer Sales & Freight Brokerage Representative (U.S. Market)

About the role

Hippo Logistics LLC is expanding its U.S. freight brokerage and logistics team in Belgrade. The company seeks a driven professional with proven experience in customer sales and freight brokerage to build shipper relationships, quote loads, and negotiate with carriers. The role involves generating new business, managing client accounts, and coordinating transportation services across the U.S. market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with U.S. shippers and carriers.
• Present and promote Hippo Logistics brokerage and freight services (FTL, LTL, dry van, reefer, flatbed).
• Prepare rate quotes and tailored logistics solutions.
• Negotiate rates and margins to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client information and activity logs in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in freight brokerage and customer sales, preferably in the U.S. market.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM systems.
