Customer Services Executive

About the role

STRADE, a fast‑growing aviation component services provider, is looking for a Customer Services Executive to be the first point of contact on its digital marketplace. You will support customers throughout the sales cycle, from inquiry to quote, and help onboard new users to drive digital adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, manage RFQs, quotes and orders to meet 24/7 operational targets.
• Follow up with customers to ensure smooth revenue generation and hand‑over to other regions.
• Manage payment collections, resolve invoice disputes and support after‑sales activities.
• Act as liaison between STRADE and customers, gathering market insights and presenting product offerings.
• Expand business volume by strengthening relationships, increasing transaction numbers, conversion rates and revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard sellers and customers on the marketplace.
• Work with the product team to adapt features that promote customer growth and retention.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in a technical or commercial field, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in customer success, relationship management or e‑commerce support.
• Strong customer focus and solid business acumen.
• Comfortable using digital tools and working in a shift‑based schedule, including occasional weekends and public holidays.
