Customer Success Manager – AI Agents

About the role

The RoleCentral AI platform replaces the front desk for clinics, dental and sleep practices, auto shops and other small businesses. As a Customer Success Manager you own the customer journey after sign‑up – onboarding, adoption, renewal and expansion – while working closely with an integration engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of live accounts, monitor health, resolve open items and prevent churn.
• Onboard new customers: configure call forwarding, build IVR flows, connect supported integrations and test end‑to‑end.
• Configure the product daily – flow builder, prompt builder, transfer settings and notification rules.
• Communicate proactively via phone and email, provide status updates and manage escalations to the integration engineer.
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and propose automation ideas.

Required profile

• 2+ years in B2B Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Support with a named account list.
• Hands‑on experience configuring software (IVR, phone trees, CRM, no‑code tools) and reading API documentation.
• Comfortable making daily live calls with US business owners and clinic staff.
• Full availability during US business hours and strong written English for autonomous email communication.
