Customer Support Agent – Danish language

About the role

We are looking for a Danish‑speaking Customer Support Agent to join our iGaming team in Belgrade. You will be the first point of contact for players, delivering timely and friendly assistance through live chat and email while handling account‑related queries in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interact efficiently with multiple online systems and tools.
• Provide accurate, complete information to customers using the appropriate methods.
• Respond to player inquiries via live chat and email.
• Resolve complaints and issues while following operational procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM.

Required profile

• Fluent in Danish (spoken and written) and strong English proficiency.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in iGaming, FinTech or online entertainment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a shift‑based, fast‑moving office environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, multitasking and computer literacy.

Required skills

• Experience with live chat platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of ticketing tools.
