Senior Go-To-Market Manager (Fixed-term)

About the role

Clarivate is looking for a Senior Go-To-Market Manager (Marketing) to support strategy, planning and execution across its Intellectual Property portfolio. The role works across product, sales and marketing to align programs with business priorities, give visibility into progress and results, and embed repeatable best practices for go-to-market planning. It is a maternity leave cover, fixed-term position based in Belgrade.

Key responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market program planning for launches and key initiatives, including timelines, milestones and deliverables
• Manage go-to-market activation across campaigns, channels and sales motions
• Keep product, sales and marketing teams aligned on priorities and next steps
• Support targeted programs that drive adoption and expansion across the IP portfolio
• Track go-to-market performance and highlight progress, outcomes and improvement opportunities
• Create templates and planning standards that make go-to-market work easier to manage and scale

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in English
• 7 years of total experience, at least 4 in go-to-market, program management or related roles (B2B or SaaS preferred)
• Experience supporting product launches or integrated marketing campaigns
• Experience building repeatable processes, tracking progress and using data to improve execution
• Nice to have: prior experience in the intellectual property industry
