Demand Planner – Nutrition & Health (Temporary, 18 months)

About the role

Join Nestlé’s Demand & Supply Planning team in Belgrade as a Demand Planner focused on Nutrition & Health. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate demand forecasts for a portfolio of products, ensuring alignment with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve the demand plan for assigned products and customers.
• Align the demand plan with stakeholders through Monthly Business Planning (MBP) and Collaborative Planning processes.
• Identify and manage exceptions, monitor performance, and drive improvements in forecast accuracy.
• Gather and analyse information on promotions, product launches, and customer or distribution changes that impact demand.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on product lifecycle events such as new launches, packaging changes, phase‑in/phase‑out, and discontinuations.
• Facilitate effective MBP sessions to achieve consensus on the demand plan.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in demand planning or a related analytical role.
• Proactive, data‑driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Advanced communication, organisational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
