Ecommerce Marketing Manager

About the role

Byteout Software is seeking an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that grow direct‑to‑consumer revenue on Shopify and related channels. This full‑time, hybrid position is based in Belgrade and works closely with engineering, design, and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute ecommerce marketing campaigns to acquire and retain customers.
• Analyze performance data, test hypotheses, and optimize funnels for higher conversion and lifetime value.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams on integrations, tracking, and automation.
• Manage key projects, oversee digital sales funnels, and align marketing activities with brand positioning.
• Monitor marketplace dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to long‑term ecommerce roadmaps.

Required profile

• Strong marketing and ecommerce expertise, especially in DTC brand growth.
• Proven analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Experience in sales and conversion optimization, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
• Project‑management skills to lead cross‑functional initiatives on schedule.

Required skills

• Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Amazon or other marketplace experience (strong plus).
• Marketing automation tools and tracking integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
