Ecommerce Specialist – Amazon Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to join an e‑commerce business that sells high‑quality Italian gourmet products. The role is fully remote and focuses on growing the brand’s presence on Amazon and other marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise product listings on Amazon, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords and A+ content.
• Monitor performance metrics, run promotional campaigns, adjust pricing and advertising strategies.
• Handle inventory forecasting, stock replenishment and coordinate with logistics.
• Respond to customer inquiries, reviews and feedback through Amazon Seller Central.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Amazon policies, algorithm changes and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing Amazon operations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads (PPC) Dashboard.
• Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.
• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Rufus for content creation.
• Keyword research tools like Helium 10 and Jungle Scout.
• Inventory management tools such as RestockPro or SoStocked.
