Field Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, communicative and sales‑oriented Field Sales Representative to develop new B2B clients, sell our products and solutions, and build long‑term relationships with business customers. The role is primarily field‑based, requiring frequent visits to local businesses and direct client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact new B2B clients
• Conduct outbound calls and schedule meetings
• Visit potential clients and deliver presentations
• Understand client needs and propose relevant products and solutions
• Prepare and send commercial proposals
• Negotiate terms and close deals
• Follow up regularly with prospects
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Manage and update the sales pipeline
• Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities
• Achieve defined sales targets and KPIs

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, preferably B2B
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Proactive mindset with ability to independently prospect new clients
• Results‑oriented and focused on closing deals
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Willingness to work in the field and meet clients directly
• Valid B‑category driving licence
