Finance & Tax Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Finance & Tax Administrator to support Vetrozelena d.o.o’s 300 MW wind power project in Serbia. The role will ensure accurate e‑invoicing, tax compliance and coordination with external partners as the company builds one of the country’s largest clean‑energy developments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Serbian e‑invoice system (SEF), ensuring timely receipt, confirmation and issuance of electronic invoices.
• Oversee local tax compliance, prepare tax declarations, monitor refunds and review audit reports in collaboration with internal and external tax service providers.
• Coordinate with tax authorities, banks and audit firms, supporting tax inspections and annual audits.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial, treasury and tax‑related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• Hands‑on experience with Serbian finance and taxation, including familiarity with local tax regulations, accounting standards and social insurance policies.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Serbian and in English or Chinese.
• Experience in cross‑border business or foreign‑invested enterprises is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Serbian e‑invoicing platform SEF.
