French Speaking Medical Information Specialist – Graduate Opportunity

About the role

ProPharma is seeking a French‑speaking graduate to join its global Medical Information team. You will act as a trusted source of product and safety information for healthcare professionals, patients and consumers, ensuring accurate and timely communication in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to medical and safety‑related enquiries via phone, email and web platforms using approved product information and scientific literature.
• Document and report adverse events, product complaints and other safety concerns in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas and company products.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including pharmacovigilance and regulatory affairs, to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Medicine or a related field.
• Strong interest in patient safety and pharmaceutical compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using scientific databases and literature search tools.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and regulatory guidelines.
